1. Molí del Canyisset, La Font d’En Carròs
Converted from a 17th-century rice mill, this spectacular hotel (with pool) mixes traditional and ultra-modern styles. Some of the rooms are wheelchair-accessible. The restaurant serves good regional dishes.

2. Huerto de la Virgen de las Nieves, Xàtiva (Játiva)
This rosy-pink finca is surrounded by orchards and pine groves. Each of the six rooms and suites is filled with antiques and paintings. The excellent restaurant specializes in Valencian rice dishes. It makes a good base for exploring beautiful Xàtiva, hiking in the sierras, or just relaxing by the pool.
