  • These villas are set in their own grounds just 5 min drive from Latchi. Having used the villas for the last 4 years I have found them ideal. The villas are equipped with TV, Washing Machine, Fridge, Dish Washer, 2 Ring Hot Plate, Oven, Toaster, Kettle & a full compliment of crockery, utensil's & pans. All Villas have private parking & gardens. The main asset is the private pool with each villa, giving a relaxing time. The Beach is only 30 secs away from the furthest villa, so you are spoilt for choice. Eating out in Latchi is easy with the town just 5 mins away. The restaurants mostly serve fresh fish & the traditional Cypriot dishes. There is the coastal path you could use before dusk but not advisable after dark! Shopping in Latchi is not expensive for daily needs. The owners are friendly & welcoming but not overbearing. They have a 24hr contact to deal with any out of hours problems.

In all a truly relaxing location, ideal for couples & families.
