The Arabian emirates of Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the most rich and powerful of the seven city-states that make up the United Arab Emirates, offer the best of East and West – Arab culture, Bedouin heritage and Islamic architecture, alongside excellent shopping, sophisticated dining and luxurious hotels. Dubai is divided by its bustling Creek and skirted with white sand beaches, while Abu Dhabi is situated on a splendid Corniche.

For the majority of us, staying at the Burj Al Arab is a dream only. However an excellent way of getting to see the incredible rather opulent interior is by taking afternoon tea in the Sky View bar. For around £80 per person (sorry no typos in that figure) you do get a wonderful 7 course tea with of course 7 star service from all the staff.
Included is a glass of Moet & Chandon, and as much tea, coffee, sandwiches, petit fours, fresh fruit, home made scones, pastries etc that you can drink/eat.
What you are really paying for as well as the wonderful food is the ambience of the place, the superior service and of course that wonderful view from the Sky View Bar.
You only live once so my advice is next time in Dubai.... try!!!
