  • Everybody’s favorite Cuban restaurant is an essential stop on a visit to Little Havana – a busy, fairly rambunctious place. Cuban food tends to be a challenge to delicate digestive systems, but it’s authentic (see Calle Ocho, Little Havana & Versailles).

  • This bar attracts a young, rowdy, post-beach crowd with its powerful frozen drinks with names such as Call Me a Cab. Nibbles to accompany the drinking include tasty fried calamari.

  • There is always a line at this noreservations restaurant, but for good reason. The menu features favorites such as cabbage rolls and pot roast. Open from 6:30am daily until late.

  • The variations on bananas and potatoes are often served as deep-fried chips – slightly sweet and aromatic.
