Miami

At its best, Miami is all pastel hues and warm, velvety zephyrs – a tropical reverie. The culture is sensuous and physical, often spiked with Caribbean rhythms and accents. Outdoor activities hold sway throughout the area, at the world-famous beaches and in the turquoise waters; the vibrant nightlife, too, attracts pleasure-seekers, while significant historical sights are around every corner.

  • This resteraunt, hidden on a dark corner on Espanola Way, is a secret of South Beach. It has a wonderfully delightful tucked away feeling. Lit mostly by lanterns at night, modern french music flows through the air, the wait-staff are all french (but nice and usually attentive), best of all the food is great! Crepes, baguettes, cheese plates, and an excellent wine menu all at very good prices. At night they open up a romantic side garden dining area--Magnafique!

  • The decor may look tre' chic, but the staff is warm and friendly and, more importantly, the food is delish! The sushi may be a little pricey, but the ambiance is dazzling. For a special deal go Friday early evening for sushi happy-hour. All-you-can-eat sushi, spring rolls, edamame, watermellon and other suprises that change weekly, plus two drinks all for $10!

  • Very chic and a fab celeb and people watching restaurant. Japanese cuisine at its best with a few twists.

Amazing sushi and tempura and an absolute must is the martini's.

  • Ritz Carlton, Key Biscayne

This hotel has everything you could ever need and is only a 10 minute drive from downtown Miami.

It has a large games room, internet access, shop, spa, fitness room, restaurant, deli, 2 pools with waterfall, tennis and a private beach. Rooms are extremely spacious with everything of 5* including robes, toiletries, umbrellas etc.

  • Best hotel in Town

  • At the heart of any floridean road trip, the seven mile bridge linking the Florida Mainland and Key West is a stunning journey, flanked either side by the sea for the full seven miles.

  • Excellent examples of Art Deco architecture, including guided tours - you half expect Tony Curtis and Jack Lemon to walk around the corner at any moment.

  • Spanish Tapas resteraunt on quaint and quiet Espanola way, tucked away from many tourists, it offers delicious, moderately priced foods, excellent mojitos, and live music and dancing
