  • In daytime, enjoy the private beach and pool. On Friday and Saturday nights, the banquet hall turns into a dance club that spills out into lakeside gardens.

  • On Thursdays you can have dinner and dance the night away; on Saturdays there are often live bands and an interesting crowd.

  • Choose between English- or Western-style saddles and trek through mountain valleys off the Menaggio-Porlezza Road.

  • Get a different perspective on Como’s fabled coastline, peeking into private lakeside gardens from a kayak or canoe.

  • Mountain Biking

The forested hills of Bellagio’s peninsula make perfect mountain-bike country. Saddle up at a local hire shop.

  • Definitely make a round of the 18 holes at Circolo Villa D’Este and check out the course of Golf Club Menaggio & Cadenabbia.

  • Visiting the Divina Commedia, Bellagio

  • Windsurfing

The strong winds of the lake’s northern end draw an international crowd of windsurfers.
