Tucked into the first floors of an otherwise nondescript office building, Icon’s main room is a surprisingly big, multi-level affair, with a hefty sound system that can rattle teeth. As with most Downtown clubs, things get moving fairly late on.

Possibly the ultimate inversion ride – it’s a zero-G-force, multi-looping ride of a lifetime. The net catches personal items riders should have stashed in a locker (Islands of Adventure).

This club is multileveled with state-ofthe- art sound and light systems, three bars, and two dance floors with differing styles of music.

The Travelodge is a good choice for value-conscious guests who want to be in the heart of I-Drive’s attractions. It’s more upscale than some in this category and has a great tropical pool bar.

There are four themed resorts to choose from, offering roomy one- to three-bedroom condos and villas. Facilities vary, but range from whirlpools to nature trails, and they sell discount attraction tickets.
