This ride accelerates like a military jet. If that isn’t enough to make heads spin, each 24-passenger “stretch limo” has 120 speakers that blare Aerosmith hits at a teeth-rattling decibel level. (see Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith) (Disney-MGM Studios).

Anheuser-Busch’s Orlando outpost offers animal attractions and a refreshing change of pace to the fast rides and cartoon characters overrunning the other parks.

A most distinctive 21-story circular hotel with an interior Deco-inspired design and lighting theme.

Like a backdrop in an old horror movie, this funhouse takes the form of a spooky castle atop a giant skull. It’s even better lit up at night.

If you’ve always wanted to try skydiving but don’t like the thought of stepping out of a plane, this vertical wind tunnel is for you. More than 100,000 visitors each year immerse themselves in the high adventure of skydiving without ever having to pack a parachute. There are certain weight restrictions and you have to be more than three years old, but other than that no experience is necessary. The price includes a class, gear and equipment, and two one-minute jumps, which is usually more than enough to exhaust a novice skydiver.

Take a close look at this blue and purple building and you might see people floating in front of you – look closer and you will see they are actually flying. (see Winter Park Scenic Boat Tour)

Buried deep in the woods near exit 54 off I-4, tiny Cassadaga was founded more than 100 years ago as a community of clairvoyants, mediums, and healers. Resident spiritualists promote the science, philosophy, and religion of Spiritualism; offer contacts with the deceased in the Spirit World; and provide a variety of healing services for the body, mind, and spirit. Staff at the Cassadaga Camp Bookstore can put visitors in touch with on-call mediums in the area and even provide a phone to make appointments.

Prepare to get wet on this deep-drop ride unless you wear protective clothing. In summer, it’s a cooling trip; at any time of year it’s one to enjoy as a spectator from the bridge between Frontierland and Adventureland. Even in that relative safety you may get drenched. (see Orlando’s Highlights) (Magic Kingdom).
-
Giant, stern-faced effigies of sports people flank the entrance – one muscle-bound guy wearing tight pants looks like a reject from the Village People.

No water park ride will tangle up your bathing suit faster than this 120-ft (36-m), partial-darkness ride. It starts slow, but ends in a near vertical drop that has you plummeting at 60 mph (96 kmph). It’s not for the weak of heart or those under 48 inches (122 cm). (see Water Parks) (Blizzard Beach).
