1. Santandrea

In the Vucciria market, Santandrea offers dishes with a twist, such as pasta with squid, fava beans and orange peel (see Santandrea, Palermo).

Making the most of the situation, Stella is set in a former hotel in the bombed-out La Kalsa neighbourhood. Spend the evening in the crumbling yet romantic courtyard under palms and jasmine.
