  • 1. Swiss-Grand Resort & Spa

    This luxurious all-suite hotel has an unbeatable location at Bondi. It has full resort and day spa facilities, a rooftop swimming pool, and four bars and restaurants.

  • 2. Ravesi’s

    This lovely boutique hotel has recently been refurbished. Split-level suites cost more but are gorgeous, opening onto private terraces with ocean views. There is also a popular bar and a restaurant downstairs.

  • 3. Dive

    A stylish hotel featured in design magazines, its rooms have high ceilings and designer bathrooms. Complimentary breakfast and unlimited tea and coffee are available. The two front rooms have spectacular views.

  • 4. Coogee Bay Boutique Hotel

    The raucous pub (see Eastern Suburbs) is a beacon for backpackers, who can’t resist the beachfront beer garden. While the heritage rooms above the pub are noisy, the boutique hotel is peaceful and very comfortable. Rooms are excellent value, particularly those with ocean views.

    Choose a lovely ocean view room or suite at this four-star hotel. The Kestrel is close to Fairy Bower Beach (see Cabbage Tree Bay) and a delightful coastal walk.

    A striking Federation-era mansion has been converted into a B&B with antique furniture and tasteful colour schemes. Rooms with a view attract only a small premium.

    Most rooms in this great value hotel have views of the ocean. A great place to use as a base when exploring the Royal National Park, Cronulla is also packed with groovy restaurants and bars.
